3. Single Session Services
3.1 Before Service Delivery
For single session consultations or training sessions:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled session: Full refund of any prepaid fees
- 24-48 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund or full credit toward future services
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund; session fee is non-refundable
3.2 After Service Delivery
Once a single session has been completed, fees are non-refundable. This policy reflects the time, expertise, and preparation invested by our consultants in delivering personalized services.
4. Multi-Session Packages and Programs
4.1 Before Program Commencement
For multi-session packages purchased but not yet started:
- More than 7 days before first session: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit (typically 10% of total package cost)
- 3-7 days before first session: 75% refund
- Less than 3 days before first session: 50% refund
4.2 Partial Program Completion
If you wish to discontinue a multi-session program after it has commenced:
- Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis
- Completed sessions are charged at the single-session rate (which is typically higher than the package rate)
- The difference between what you paid and the value of completed sessions at single-session rates is refunded
- If single-session rates exceed your package payment, no additional charges apply, but no refund is available

5. Specialized Programs and Intensive Workshops
For specialized intensive programs, workshops, or customized corporate training:
- Non-refundable deposit: A deposit of 25-50% is typically required to secure your place and is non-refundable
- More than 14 days before program start: Refund of fees paid beyond the non-refundable deposit
- Less than 14 days before program start: No refund; full program fees apply
- After program commencement: No refunds for any reason
6. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, we are committed to service quality. If you are unsatisfied with your first session of any package:
- Notify us within 24 hours of the session completion
- Provide specific feedback about your concerns
- We will offer either a complimentary replacement session with a different consultant or a full refund of that session's fee
- This guarantee applies only to the first session of any engagement and cannot be combined with other refund provisions
7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
7.1 Force Majeure
If we are unable to deliver Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.):
- We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule services
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund of any prepaid fees for undelivered services
- We are not liable for any additional costs, expenses, or damages resulting from such cancellations
7.2 Consultant Unavailability
If your assigned consultant becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- We will offer a qualified substitute consultant whenever possible
- If you prefer to wait for your original consultant, we will reschedule at no additional charge
- If neither option is acceptable, you may receive a full refund for the affected session(s)

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of documented medical emergencies or family emergencies:
- Contact us as soon as reasonably possible
- Provide appropriate documentation (medical certificate, official notice, etc.)
- We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling, credit, or partial/full refund
- This provision is subject to our reasonable discretion and verification
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Materials, books, or resources that have been provided or downloaded
- Customized content, assessments, or materials prepared specifically for you
- Third-party services or resources procured on your behalf
- Administrative fees or payment processing fees
- Services already rendered or consultations already held

14. Corporate and Group Bookings
Refund terms for corporate training, group workshops, or organizational consulting may differ from individual services and will be specified in the corporate service agreement. Generally:
- Higher non-refundable deposits (typically 50%)
- Longer cancellation notice periods (typically 30 days)
- Prorated refunds for partial program cancellations
- Flexibility for rescheduling within agreed timeframes

However, any changes will not affect refund requests for Services purchased before the policy change. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase governs your refund rights.
